Tallying encrypted votes, decrypting the results.

Homomorphic tallying is a method of vote counting that is able to tally encrypted ballots, rather than needing to decrypt the ballots first. This allows for a final result to be obtained while keeping the individual ballots unknown and preventing any possibility of tracing a ballot back to a particular voter.
